Pear flavors with a touch of minerality, solid acidity, well balanced.
Grapes come from the Tre Venezie (the three regions of Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Trentino-Alto Adige).
This wine is made by the Sartori di Verona winery in the Veneto region. The Sartori family has been in the wine business since Pietro Sartori bought a vineyard in 1898. Today Pietro’s great-grandson, Andrea, runs the business. He has made major contributions to improve the quality of not only his wines but also the wines of the Veneto region. His efforts have helped his wines to compete on the global market.
Since 2002, the winery has had access to more than 6,200 acres of grapes in the Soave and Valpolicella wine regions. In 2003, Sartori hired renowned winemaker, Franco Bernabei, a Padua native who is known for the Tuscan wines he made at Folonari, Felsina, and Fontodi.
